Ebay photos have stopped importing correctly

Hi. I am wondering if anyone else have been experiencing trouble with their Ebay photos importing. When I first set up my booth, the importer worked fine and I had no problem with the photos showing up. Now, regardless how many times I import or how long I wait, only the first photo shows up. If it’s an item I just put up on Ebay, only one photo will import, and that does not change. Also, despite having my store in synch with my Ebay store, items that sell on Ebay remain on Bonanza. I have any item that sold over a month ago on Ebay that I deleted on their website, that keeps reappearing on Bonanza. I have written support three times, and although they are courteous and seem willing to help, each time they said everything looks fine on my end, but it’s not.

Have anyone else had this problem and solved it? I’ve deleted listings and re-imported them – same thing – one photo. I read where another poster said to wait 24 hours and the photos may reappear, but so far that has not happened. I thought I would make one more attempt before giving up. I would appreciate any ideas or insight. Thanks so much!

I dont think it should take quite that long. I would contact support anyway and see what they say.

I agree – every import is always one photo and that never changes no matter how much time passes. Thanks for responding!
