So I opened a small Ebay shop to send items from here to there.
On my Ebay shop I have settings to show only ship to USA.
Someone made an offer but I had to remove it as they were international.
I only ship to USA here also would the feed to ebay from here remove these settings somehow in the process?
Not sure how they could even see or give me an offer. Thanks for any help.

You will go to your “Add or edit item” page and click edit above your item. Go to International Shipping and check “I will not ship to Non-U.S. countries”

I can’t remember how it’s done here but on ebay, you have to edit the countries you will NOT ship to in your seller account so that all of your listings will automatically block anyone from these countries from placing a bid on your items. I also sell on ebay and I have every country outside the USA, AK. & HI., APO’s, PR, Guam, etc. blocked. I only ship to the 48 USA states and I never have to worry about getting unwanted bids from areas other than the 48 states. Be aware though that some buyers from other countries will be able to place bids if they have a USA ship to address. Many foreign buyers use what is called “freight forwarders” here in the USA to accept their packages and forward on to them in their country. You can NOT block them or refuse to sell to them~~if you do, you will get defects on your seller account and it only takes a few defects and your ebay account will be suspended from selling.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
