I applied a $1.00 worth of tokens to my March bill which was .54 thinking the .47 left over would be applied to a running total of .73 I had. No such luck so I emailed support and asked them. This was the reply I [URL removed]
“Tokens apply in whole dollars only to a month’s bill. There are no credits issued or to roll forward. Tokens are not spread out over the total due but to each month that the token is applied in the whole dollar amount of $1.00. If the entire $1.00 is not used on the months’ bill, there is no credit issued.”Moral – make sure you owe a dollar in the same month when you use your tokens otherwise you lose the balance! If I had known that I would not have used my tokens that month. Nor would I make an effort to visit Bonanza everyday.

It happened to me as well. However, since the tokens are free, I never gave it a second thought. I would prefer to lose something that was not mine to begin with, then pay outrageous fees while being held hostage by bogus rules designed to take my money and cause me to fail.
But, that is just me.

I had that happen once in the past. It was discouraging to find out, but I have loads of tokens, so I can still use them whenever I need to.
I use mine to pay my bill down, leaving the pennies to accumulate, then only pay the actual o/s balance when it reaches the 3.00 threshold.
If it gets late in the year, I make sure my bill goes over the 3.00 in December, so I clear it up in full at least once per year.

Those tokens are such a great free gift! I so appreciate them, can save you so much. Where else would do that for you?
