Membership will definitely increase exposure. Paying members will see their items featured in a search. To the extent that a prominently featured items yields more sales, then yes.

Membership plans can result in sales. To what degree is debatable. It does give you some features that make for a better presentation, if you utilize them. It also pays the staff so we have a venue like this.
