I am a complete newby on Bonanza and would like any ides to get some traffic.
I sell for a low profit margin, most of my sales on ebay make a profit of £2 or so.
At the moment I cannot see a way to advertise and still sell at a profit.
I don’t want to spend days uploading items only to find nothing will sell.
Is there any hope for me out there?
Thanks, Mike.

Good question @mikdesmalta. Bonanza offers a sliding scale for advertising. We recommend that sellers select a minimum of 9% on your advertising broadcaster. The great thing about our advertising programs is that you do not pay for advertising until you make the sale. So there is no out of pocket cost. You win, we win.
So in answer to your question, yes, it makes perfect sense to advertise, you just need to select the % that works best for you based on your available profit margin. If you need to bump your prices to advertise, that may be a smart move. The more eyes on your items, the more demand for your products. Hope that helps.

Keep in mind also that you have to promote your items. The traffic Ebay gets isn’t the same as Bonanza. You have to work a little harder here. Twitter, Faceboo, Pinterest, etc….

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
