What is the info on the sync? I synced multiple times and have sold only items that have already sold on eBay. Very frustrating for my buyers I am sure. Do I have to “sync” every time I sell on ebay?? I gather this is not automatic and rather useless??

The Bonanza eBay sync tool the best innovation to come along since sliced bread! That said, sometimes it will need some programmer love to continue being awesome. If you can forward the details to [email protected] that support this tool not working as it should, then we can get that addressed.
