Does bonanza reduce your item price

I have noticed a few times that when I’ve listed something for, say, $12.00 and go back to look at it later, it does not say $12 but something like $11.86. My question [URL removed] Is this because Bonanza goes in and deducts our advertising level so to speak? I did the math and it didn’t seem to make any sense; I’m just trying to figure out why my prices are changing.

Under import, do you have it set to reduce price by a certain percent?

Bonanza does NOT lower your prices. Any price reductions would have to be initiated by you, or was done during item importing from eBay. When importing, Bonanza will reduce your sales price to reflect the fact that you will save money when the item sells on Bonanza instead of eBay. During import, you have the option to turn OFF that price reduction. It is easy for sellers to miss that choice.

In order to get your eBay prices back on your Bonanza items, you would have to delete them and re-import them with the discount turned off. Or, if you only have a few items, it may be easier to Batch Edit them to change the price.

This is not the first time this question has been raised. Since it is so easy for sellers to MISS, instead of having the option to turn OFF that price reduction, Bonz would be wise to make that an opposite and save a whole lot of issues for sellers not in the know. I hate when sites turn stuff on .

I don’t know why it should be lowered at all. Bonanze deducts the final value fee when the item is sold.
