I think it might be Fenton Peacock Tail. There is a similar pattern by Northwood called Nippon but they are usually marked with an N in a circle (but not always). You might want to research those 2 patterns online. It is circa 1910.

Is there any pattern inside? Anything on the bottom like a starburst?
Very hard to ID. There are so many different plain patterns and even in the book its hard to catch all the details. There is a wide panel but the foot is different so not sure.
I hope you find an ID and I will keep looking as time permits.
