Just wondering if it’s normal for booths to take quite a while to activate after gold membership ? I imagine 55 000 sellers would make for quite a bit of support. Just getting a feel for response times on this site before i get worried.

Hello @Bandicoot,
Thanks for reaching out and apologies for any delay. It sounds like your booth may be queued for a manual review from our team. Our team generally does a site-wide review and approval each day, so you should see your items online soon. If that is not the case, please let us know at our support department and we will be happy to take a closer [URL removed]

PS- It’s helpful if you only submit one request per inquiry. While we are pretty good at identifying and merging duplicate requests, this action takes away from valuable time responding to user inquiries such as yours. Thanks for your patience and understanding in this matter!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
