When I choose an Item for discount, the process goes through but the new discounted price does not reflect the lower percentage change but reflects the original price also.
Is anyone else having this problem….?

Hi @Klassy_Klassics,
Thanks for reaching out. If you are using the “Apply discount as a visible markdown” option, the original price will show along with the discounted price so that buyers are able to see the savings they are receiving. You can read more about item markdowns on the following [URL removed]

If you are not applying the discount as a visible markdown, the price will be discounted by whichever percentage you set, but buyers will not see the original cost. We attempted to apply a 10% discount to some of your items and the price change reflected correctly once it was applied. Be sure that you have selected your listings you wish to discount before using the “Apply changes” button.

Hope that helps

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
