Sorry for the delay in getting back to you both. We are a bit backed up at support and doing our utmost to get caught up. We have made a notation of this delay in our initial reply to your email (the auto received reply). Current response times are not acceptable to us and be assured that we are doing everything we can to get caught up while still delivering the quality of service that you have become accustomed to receiving from Bonanza.
If you happen to locate an answer in our recently updated help pages, please do update us at support. [URL removed]
Thank you in advance for your support and your patience.

I also opened a ticket 2 days ago since I was unable to publish items to eBay. I followed up yesterday after 24 hours but have heard nothing back other than the auto-response.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
