Did you know that if you have a website, google ranks the speed in which it uploads?

For the past 1.5 months, I’ve been heavily researching several aspects which affect Google rankings of websites. I’ve got a Bonanza webstore and in the past few months, only have had 1 sale….thus the reason for my research. I came across a website in which you list your domain address and it ranks the speed it uploads. [URL removed] . My webstore/website speed upload (a 77) got a needs work rating which certainly contributes to my lack of sales. For comparison, I put in top website builders like Shopify, Wix, Weebly, etc and they certainly surpassed my speeds and were in the good ranking range. The site speed upload time, if slow, certainly affects your Google exposure and appears there’s nothing we can do from our end since the speed upload is controlled by the Bonanza webstore software. Needless to say, I wont have my B webstore much longer. Am in the process of building a new website on another platform and will export products by csv when complete. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again…..Bonanza is missing a great opportunity in not focusing in improving their webstore platform. With booth items populating to webstores, that is the primary reason I went with the B webstore over other website builders. However, I can’t keep paying monthly on a platform which is flawed and has zero return on investment.

Hi @bargainbuffet4you

Great research! Google does indeed rank website. To get found on search engines like Google and Bing, be sure to create informational pages on your Webstore – Bonanza will notify the search engines via your sitemap, which is created automatically and submitted for you behind the scenes. Search engines will start to see you as an authority in your category – which means they’ll rank you higher.

Bonanza also offers a Webstore Broadcaster which works with Google Ads to help direct buyers to your Webstore without requiring in-depth knowledge of how advertising campaigns [URL removed] https://www.bonanza.com/site_help/webstores/webstore_broadcaster_intro
