I was excited about coming here and giving it a try, not real sure now with this headache I have, they don’t provide very good information or instruction for new users but I’ll save that for feedback. It started with being unable to upload my business logo for my profile picture, I got some help & very good instructions from a nice lady but it still didn’t work. She mentioned me not having an active booth yet so after finally finding out where to even view the booth at I entered and everything I click on doesn’t work i figured it was because I haven’t set up a plan yet when i’m on the plan page it will not allow me to activate the 30 day trial or when I click on annual or monthly pricing it will not bring either of them up to even view. Should I just pack up my bags and head out west?
???????????????????????
HI CCMOM I’M HAVING TO REPLY TO YOU UP HERE!!!!!!!!!
I CLICKED ON YOUR USER NAME like you were saying and once again another area nothing.I noticed when I logged on today I had to refill my buyer , seller , & the other preferences again. I tried the other areas I normally try to set up and still nothing. I also looked in every area I could find to see if something was turned off like you said and I could not find anything. I see other people are getting set up & becoming new members I may have just gotten the bruised part of the apple. I’m not giving up and I don’t cry the blues it’s just a little frustrating I WANNA SELL SOME STUFF!!!! I’d like to show ebay they are not the only piece of cornbread on the plate. Can’t sell my clothing items on amazon they want you to have nearly popular department store status to sell clothing on their site, my stuff is probably too hip for them anyway, and hopefully in the very near future my website will be up & running working hard on it. Thank You for all of your help & Thanks to everyone for your words of encouragement. PJs OUT!

You do not need a member ship plan…to get an active booth…and don’t worry about that for now
Have you entered all the information…
Go to Account settings (either on your My Bonanza page or in the My Bonanza Drop down menu)
Click on Seller settings
See if everything you need is there
Go to Sell on Bonanza
Add or Edit listings
Are all of your listings ready (they will have a pale green dot next to them)
![URL removed]
If you have any listings ready then scroll to top and click on the big green button that says
Activate Booth
Depending on what you sell, you will get a message saying that bonanza will review the items and then activate your booth…sometimes high end items have to be reviewed before bonanza will activate
If your booth goes active,
Go into your Edit booth Options and start filling out your information
Policies
Shipping
and other information…
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I just logged out and ‘pretended’ to set up a booth…it is different from when I did it..and for the life of me, why would it go through an entire set-up without actually registering and putting in all the necessary selling information first?
But, since it is different now, without seeing where you are in the process, or setting up another booth, I not sure how to help
If you clicked on Open a Webstore (this is something different).. and you will have to Click on Sell on Bonanza to begin setting up a booth…you cannot open the webstore without a booth first
If you Clicked on Sell on Bonanza and filled out the information, then you should have entered an email address which has a note underneath that says they will send you your booth activation link…
I agree with you. It shouldn’t be THAT hard to get started nor should it be up to current users to answer your questions. When you do give them feedback they will tell you to post your idea so others can vote on it! Really? If they read these posts they would find certain aspects of the site are repeatedly questioned and just fix them.
Just remember all sites seem confusing when you first start out. If you have been on a site for awhile it seems easy, but try to remember when you first started out, not so easy. Bonanza is one of the easiest sites to use for us. You just have to get use to it.
Should be some good informative instruction for me to be able to get used to it. When I was a new user on ebay I was up & running in 30 minutes I’m on day # 4 here. This very nice lady here has been trying to help and I can’t even message her back to say thank you. Since I only get one response I’ll use it wisely. Hi CCMOM I want to THANK YOU very much for all of your help I have been trying to use your advice but half of the things I click on doesn’t work, Thank You very much once again.
Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
