First off, a booth is free (final value fees apply after a sale), unless you decide on a pro membership (personally, I would make sure booth is up and running and everything is going smoothly before putting any extras into it, simply because if things are not right, the extras from the memberships won’t really do you any good)…
When/if you decided to go with a pro membership..you can pay monthly (fees vary according to level you choose) or a one time yearly payment (which will average out a little less than paying month to month)
Final value fee without any kind of advertising is 3.5% or minimum of $0.50. Since google charges now for listings to show in Google shopping (GPS=Google Product Search), the advertising fee to be listed is now 9%. This means that your final value fee will be between 3.5% and 9.0% depending on how many ad clicks the item has before it sells and if the item sells as a result of an ad click (number of ad clicks show in batch edit as well as in the fvf statement)..
As to the review..apparently several thousands of items have been uploaded since the holidays and support is a bit behind on reviews…You will have to contact support to find out how much longer…
welcome and good luck

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
