Closing account info ?

I’m trying to close out here on the ranch , was able to close my booth partially of it’s merchandise .

Emailed support , but that could take “24-48”hrs..uh huh maybe a week ?

anybody know how to just close out without waiting who knows how many days ?

I have no membership just a free booth .

I found the membership to cancel , but that doesn’t apply to me.

I’m closing my account too. Click on “Account Settings” under the “My Bonanza” menu at the top left corner of Bonanza On the Account Settings page, select the “Other Options” tab Scroll to the bottom of the page and find “Cancellation Options” Click the link to “Cancel your account”

yes , I know all about fees …no sales , no fees…lol .Just trying to totally close shop here. Shouldn’t be able to log on & be in the forums if not a member . Easier to open a booth than close it Katy , help ?

that last post got a tad distorted , that was , " hate to go – no sales "

Truthfully, I would not delete it entirely…no cost to you and let the store gain some age…

Google shopping is always going to go for stable, and well established, so anything that just opens or things that move around, open/close, constantly are never going to have a standing in google searches….It appears that most people who come here from other (more established-older sites) don’t really seem to understand that….

A stable web site will always place higher in searches…opening and closing and bouncing around from site to site, will never get what most are looking for…

So let the account gain some age….

Anyway

Good luck…where ever you go…unless it’s back to one of the big 2..it will take time

no bouncing around , I guess the big one is the one I’ve been with starting year 14 combined . Just thought I’d give this a try . didn’t work for me . Complete closure is what’s neccessary for me in this venue .

also the cost for me is time , not willing to waste another 7 months with no sales , zero , very few stats on any given day . 300 + sales yearly elsewhere.

i’m not sure, but why not just remove the merchandise, and there will be nothing to be sold. as long as you emailed support, that should be good enough.

merchandise is gone , but the rest is there or at least as I can see. I think absolute removal of the account is what I’m asking .

did that…. everything still there but my items ,shouldn’t be able to sign in if not a user , correct ate to go , no sales ….

cjazzcarolina says: January 03, 2016

that’s where to find it , it now says there was an error in processing my request ,maybe I was suppose to hit an update booth somewhere & missed it .

Try clearing your cache. Maybe that is where it is pulling your items. Just a thought.

I have , & I can’t get back to the cancel account page , so it’s in somewhat of the main office hands I guess . Kind of strange that the free accounts can’t just close. There was like a half dozen questionaire about why closing , a tab to decline questinaire . That’s the tab I clicked .

Why is it so difficult to get out of Bonanza.com? I trusted that this would be an awesome site, but I can get no messages to go through… so I get no answers. I am so disgusted and simply want my cancel my account… why the run around??
