This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello Badkitti_of_Brooklyn,

Welcome to the Bonanza Community!

When you opt-in to Bonanza’s advertising program, you decide how you much you want to pay and we cover the advertising costs until your item sells.

We recommend that you take a look at the information below and choose from one of our four advertising levels, which offer a range of fees and benefits:

Basic (9% max fee)
Standard (13% max fee)
Superior (19% max fee)
Elite (30% max fee)
Higher advertising levels unlock access to additional shopping channels and include a higher ad spend to drive more buyer traffic to your listings.

Here is a link from our Help pages, “Bonanza Advertising FAQ”

It is hard for us to say which advertising level will work best for you since each business model is different.

If you need additional support our support team will be glad to help with any questions or concerns you may have. Please email us at [email protected].

Thank you and Happy Selling!

Kind Regards
Wanda T.

I’d also choose 9%. Since you’re brand new, I wouldn’t choose the highest rate, or buy a subscription package, until you’ve got settled in and your items are out there in the search engines.

If you do social media, get some advertising out there on your own, and start to build a presence online.

Don’t waste extra money on subs. and ads until you are ready.

The different advertising levels give you different levels of exposure. You should definitely choose at least the 9% level (“Basic”), which places your items in Google Shopping (I think most of my sales come via Google).

Do the 9% Sales are slow here no matter what level you choose.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
