I’d also choose 9%. Since you’re brand new, I wouldn’t choose the highest rate, or buy a subscription package, until you’ve got settled in and your items are out there in the search engines.
If you do social media, get some advertising out there on your own, and start to build a presence online.
Don’t waste extra money on subs. and ads until you are ready.

The different advertising levels give you different levels of exposure. You should definitely choose at least the 9% level (“Basic”), which places your items in Google Shopping (I think most of my sales come via Google).

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
