Charged annual fee when i wanted a free trial

Hi there, I’ve emailed you 2 days ago and still received no reply. I wanted a free trial when I registered. Instead I saw that you have just charged me for the whole year fee of $290 without my permission.

I’ve heard good things about Bonanza from my Etsy Forums so this is getting me upset!

You’ll get a canned response right away, then a personal reply to your question, usually within 24 hours. They are very responsive, but may be still running a bit behind.

I don’t know how the free trial and cancellation of, works, sorry.

they need to be more clear about it & not describe it as a free trial if they immediately charge people
