Hi @tbpartners13,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble. It sounds like you have the option to accept Credit Card payments checked. This option is not available to new sellers. We apologize for any inconvenience. You must have a minimum of 10 positive feedbacks on Bonanza transactions prior to becoming eligible for direct checkout. If you select the option to accept credit cards without being eligible, you will receive an error when attempting to activate your account.
To continue activating your booth, uncheck the option to accept credit card payments on the following [URL removed]

Once you have deselected that option, you will be able to move forward with activating your booth. Let us know at our support department if you have any questions or need further assistance. Welcome to the Bonanza community!

The confirmation charge on your card is probably not going through , I would contact your credit card and let them know a charge from bonanza is coming .

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
