I have been trying to “import from inventory file”. When i click “My booth” i get an error message saying “Failed with error #563. Please contact support@bonanza for more information.”
When i try importing i get another error message saying one or more of my items require administrative review but at the edit booth [age it says items can still be imported if booth hasn’t been approved as yet.
Is there a way around this? Can i be assisted please?

You will have this problem constantly with them.So many things can trigger a booth review or if you are late on fee payment, they will take over a week to activate your booth….They are EXTREMELY slow at helping you and getting back to messages.I am almost done with Bonanza again.I tried them over 4 years ago and left them for 2.I came back and it seemed that they have a great platform to sell on but they are useless when comes to answering messages and support tickets in a timely manner IF they even get back to you at all………..

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
