To cancel an order
Go to the payment processor (Paypal, Amazon Pay or Stripe..)
Find invoice
Refund the money
Get the Refund transaction ID
Go to
Selling Dashboard
Billing
Current Statement
find the transaction
click on the red x next to the invoice (or the link Request a fee refund for a transaction on this bill)
Request the return of the fees…give the refund transaction ID or a screen shot..
This cancels the transaction
as long as you have proof of the refund for the transaction, and submit it to bonanza, this will cancel the transaction (sale) on bonanza
