The “Help” section of this site says I can report a seller’s failure to deliver the product by clicking on the “Report a problem” link, which should appear after payment is made. Payment was made in July. No delivery and no “Report a problem” link. Is this a scam?

here is link to contact bonanza…
https://www.bonanza.com/site_help/contact_us
However, if you had not received an item you purchased in July, you should have contacted the seller.
If the seller does not return or give delivery confirmation information, go to your Paypal or Amazon payments account and file a claim.
By Reporting the problem to bonanza..they can contact the seller to try to resolve the problem…
However, why did you wait so long…if it is a scam..it is the seller and not the site…so report any problems directly to bonanza support

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
