Hello,
I’ve opened an amazon payments account and the token is on bonanza, but when a buyer tried to make an order and pay he keep getting the error message “Amazon Pay is not available for this site. Please contact this merchant for help.”
Can someone help me and explain step by step if there is something other than just follow the simple instructions from bonanza. I have opened the amazon payments account and then clicked import token to bonanza. It is imported but… it doesn’t work.
Thank you very much!

You need to start a conversation with Bonanza support.

It can be confusing to set up Amazon payments, which is why it is a good idea to work one on one with Bonanza support. Someone may still come along though and help you out.
When I first set it up, I thought I was all set but not.
One thing I will tell you is that once you log into www.sellercentral.com make sure that you have chosen this from the drop [URL removed]
Amazon pay (production view) … from there you might be able figure it out.
I had selected the Sandbox view from the drop down, which was the old way of doing it….but you do not need to worry about the old way. Just make sure you have Amazon pay (production view) selected from the drop down. This drop down will be next to the name of your booth on Amazon, on the first page you come to when you log into www.sellercentral.com.
Once your Amazon payments are set up right, you’ll be able to see this payment method available within your listings. Hope this helps somehow.
Once you’ve got it set up, it is really easy to manage, so do not give up.
Sharon
