Can sellers offer coupons to be applied only on purchases above a certain amount?

Seems that purchases made allow for buyers to buy from my shop and apply the coupons I create even on purchases below $10.

Coupons allows buyers to purchase items at a discounted price.

Also, You need to be very careful, because if at the same time combined item pricing discounts are set up, Your coupon discounts will be added to them!

A combined item discount can be set up [URL removed] https://www.bonanza.com/booths/TreeHuggerBoutique/edit_discount

Orders totaling more than … $ will receive a … % (or $) discount on the order subtotal.

P.S. I see that You have this combined item discount in Your [URL removed]
“Buy $40.00 of stuff. Get 5% off!”

So, yes, if You have set also some coupon discount, a buyer can use it for a lower than $10 item(s).
But she/he will not receive 5% off, until the order reaches $40.

Maybe You would like to check also the instant offer price option for some selected items (can be set in edited listing or – for more items – on Your batch edit page): Set instant offer [URL removed] % off of the list price https://www.bonanza.com/booths/TreeHuggerBoutique/batch_edit
It’s the minimum price You would accept for Your item in an offer.
