On 04/27, I attempted to purchase a USPS shipping label directly through the Bonanza order page and pay for it using my available shipping fund balance. After entering all of the shipping information and selecting to purchase, I received an error message telling me that my label purchase had failed and I sent a email to Bonanza Support regarding the error.
Not wanting to delay the shipping of the package to the Buyer while waiting for a response from Support, I purchased a USPS shipping label directly from the USPS website and shipped the package.
I started looking through my Bonanza account trying to find where I could view my Shipping Fund balance to be sure that the cost of the failed label was not deducted from my balance and all I could find was — on my “Current Statement” page, a label was purchased on 04/27 and, although I attempted to purchase only one label on 04/27, I have been unable to find where I would be able to access purchased labels that has not been printed. I sent another email to Support to request a refund ( still waiting for their response ) but would like to know where to view shipping labels and shipping fund balance. Thank you in advance for your help.

Truthfully, I cannot answer your questions about the bonanza’s shipping service, however, if you find that you have trouble again…you can find the transaction in paypal and click on the print shipping label link there and get the online discount…
Just for future reference

Yes, what ccmom said, for next time, when you see your order on bonanza, there will be a “reference” or “transaction” number i believe it is, hit that and it will take you right to paypal to pay for the item.
Hope you receive an answer soon.

At the bottom of the Sale information is a tab for “View Shipping Label.” At the bottom of that, your Shipping Fund balance is shown.
