You are using Paypal..just log in to your paypal account
Find the transaction
Click on the Print Shipping label link
All info except package type/weight/size is already there..enter the package info
Click Cal price
Print label
Quickest, easiest and they use USPS Commerical Base…which is less than retail price on USPS site or at the PO

Edit

If you just want to print a label without a paypal transaction then log into pay paypal and put in the ship now link

Do hope you know the buyer, if you are shipping without payment…

I sell on some sites that hold the money till the package is scanned. Is this what you are doing? Paypal ship now will work for that.

Thank u all for ur valuable information….

I use paypal. I just go to “Paypal Ship Now” and you can print one label at a time….and their prices are usually always lower or equal to the USPS site. and its easy to use.

I know some will recommend stamps dot com. I tried them, and hated it, they billed me for stamps i never even used, and why pay for a site when you can do the same thing with paypal.

USPS is best prices for anything 1-pound or under , for larger products I would reccomed using Fedex Smart post they are great for anything that will not fit in flat rate boxes or a alternative when price shopping .

As an alternative to (pricey to ship) USPS Flat Rate boxes, also consider ordering on the USPS site FREE Priority Regional Rate A1 & A2 and Regional Rate B1 & B2 boxes.

Both ship weight and distance but if you can fit in (up to 15 pounds in a Regional A or up to 20 pounds in a Regional B box) Regional A ships at the 2 pound rate and Regional B ships at the 4 pound rate. Also order some Free Padded Flat Rate envelopes and those ship at the flat rate anywhere in the US regardless of distance.

You must print your labels online (using the USPS site) to take advantage of these rates as they wont give you the discount shipping at the PO counter and Bonanza dont have them in their system to allow you to print your label for these special mailers here.

Setup an account on the USPS site with an ID and Password and enter your address and then whenever you want to use (or order) these special mailers (of which there at many more than just the Flat Rate Boxes avail at the PO) you can then print your labels online there.

To order Free Priority Shipping supplies, on the USPS site, go to Postal Store / shipping supplies / and then FREE SHIPPING SUPPLIES. Make sure the ones you select are no cost as sometimes they try to show prepaid mailers and those will cost you to purchase. Make sure you click SHOW ALL as there are all sorts of free different size boxes and envelopes (about 70 choices) to choose from that are not available at the PO counter. The Regional boxes can really save your buyers lots of money over using the expensive Flat Rate Boxes the PO pushes. Again this is for Priority shipping only and basically in the USA.
