Can a buyer leave negative feedback for declining an offer?

Hello.

I’ve been very ill for some time and had to put my booth on vacation. Somehow someone made an offer almost two months ago and I did not realize it. I didn’t know buyers could see items while a booth was down – my email usually notifies me when I receive messages from Bonanza. My question is can a buyer leave you negative feedback for declining an offer? Another question is how long does an offer stay valid until it expires? Thanks.

If the item has not been sold (or purchased), I don’t see how a buyer can leave any feedback at all. When you decline an offer, it no longer is in effect. Simply ignore the buyer after that. If the buyer becomes a problem, you can block the buyer. Here’s how
