Can i trust a seller?

I’m new to Bonanza. Thinking of buying a $3000 rug. How do I know the seller is reputable? What if he doesn’t deliver the rug? Warranty through Bonanza? HELP! thanks

contact the seller and see how fast they respond – what insurance they will provide you for your purchase – use a major credit card that will reverse the payment in the event you do not get your item

Also, if you do purchase, purchase thru paypal. You will have 180 days i believe it is now to open a dispute with them. But contact and see how quickly the seller responds to you first.

There is no warranty service thru Bonanza, this is just a platform for sellers to sell their items. Each seller offers their own warranty/refunds if there is one.

as others said…open a conversation (contact) seller first…also check seller’s location and any FB they may have. For any purchase of that amount..anywhere online, I would throughly check out all the details…

For that much I would get the sellers name, address, phone number, email address and see if they are a business or just someone selling here. Then do a complete search on the internet with the information. I always send copy of my business card if they ask plus listed with my state & below to groups

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
