You should contact support regarding this, I would think. Go to bottom of any page and click “Contact.” In your profile you might add that you have been on Bonanza since 2010 but just started selling in October 2013. I wouldn’t mention the one item you originally had listed. I don’t know that customers are as inquisitive about starting times as we sellers are. We tend to notice this as a way of comparison as to how we are doing compared to others. Actually some things sell better and it isn’t always relative to how long any of us have been on here.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
