Calculated shipping..what has happened?

Before changes, you could check the box for Priority Parcel and also check the box for Priority Medium Flat-rate box, if the item could fit in either of the two medium boxes. That option would show if the calculated rate was higher than the medium flat-rate price. There is no longer that option when listing. For the 3 lb 14 oz item I listed, Zone 8 Priority Parcel price is $18.65 (old rate),the Priority Medium Flat-rate price is only $12.65 but the East coast only sees the higher cost. This downgrade in functionality is contributing to the increased difficulty in getting sales on this site.

Hello Sheepish… the rates are all figured directly from the USPS so Bonanza isn’t to blame All USPS rates increased as of January 17th. There’s another informative post at this [URL removed]

The calculated rates and choices are all tied into the USPS postage calculator but if you have other questions you can contact Support with an email to [email protected]

Hope this helps answer your question

So I have older 3 & 4 lb listings that state Domestic shipping [URL removed] USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box. But now I can only offer full-blown Priority rates. Terrific. This has nothing to do with todays rate increase.
