Hi @JEWELBEAMAZED,

Thanks for your post! The Amazon feedback import option is available only once and that is during the very first import. You also can’t import your feedback exclusively from Amazon, your items will have to be included, too. You can delete items you don’t want in your Bonanza booth by using the batch [URL removed] [URL removed] [URL removed]

To import your Amazon feedback, hover over the “Selling” link located in the upper-left corner of any page and select the “Import from Amazon” link from the drop-down menu. Connect your Amazon account. This page has instructions for connecting your Amazon [URL removed] [URL removed]

Once your account is connected, you will see the option to import your feedback with your items from Amazon. Enable this setting then click the green button to import your items. Hope these instructions help! If you need any further assistance, please contact us at [email protected].

[I think, it’s still not possible.

On the “user_feedbacks/import” page there is only “Verify your eBay account” link.]

Thank You, BonanzaMcKenna, for a quick answer and clarifying, so JEWELBEAMAZED can proceed and import A. feedback.

I understand that since my import has been from eBay, I have only this “Verify your eBay account” link under feedback.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
