Buyer check out

How long does a buyer have to complete “checkout?” Three days or seven days? Bonanza says three. But “mark as unpaid” link still has not come on and it has been three days. Wish to cancel sale ASAP. Would not appreciate a permanent state of limbo on this matter.

Thought the link would show after 7 days..but come to think of it my last OBO that the buyer did not return to purchase..the link showed sooner..maybe on the 4th day..ie so buyer has 3 complete days

Did you send a message to buyer to inform them that the item is ready checkout? Did they reply?

Contacted buyer. Is not going through with checkout. Wants us to cancel sale. When can we expect “mark as unpaid” link to be coming on so we can end this? Thanks.

Is this some sort of blackmail scam? If it is, it stinks and Bonanza is enabling it.

No it’s not…Bonz originally set up so that buyers had 1 week to pay. However, if you wish to get the item active again…just make a new listing..then cancel the old one when you can

what I hated was getting OBO for a large number of items and then the buyer waited until the last minute to purchase or not….turns out they were waiting to see if they won bids on ebay..
