Hi, i’m trying to sell 5 separate items, now only 2 are left. Also i get : Whoops. There was an error.
Failed with error #563. Please contact support@bonanza for more information.
So i don’t even think my booth is activated properly at all.
I have written emails, and no reply. I can’t find a contact phone number to ring bonanza.com on (as is required by law).
Please help me list all the items i wish to sell, and activate my booth bonanza elves ?
I have been waiting quite a long time now.

Error 563 require to you contact support to request manual booth approval. Once you request booth approval your item should stay active without a problem .

The only way to contact Bonanza is via e-mail. How long have you been waiting? You normally won’t get a reply over the weekend and it may take a few days for them to respond to your situation. Something does require manual approval, that is why you received the Error #563 code.
