Booth chat showing me as "online" when i'm not logged in

Hello, hello!

I’m returning to Bonanza after a two year hiatus. A lot has changed since then but I’m glad to be back.

I’ve noticed that my booth shows me as “Online” even when I’m not logged in. Not sure if other people are seeing it that way, but just in case, how can I remedy this?

As soon as I post this I’m logging off and will not be available again until possibly as late as Tuesday, Feb. 25. [Busy day looming ahead for tomorrow (Monday).]

Thank you so much for your time and attention.

Joyfully yours,
- Sabrina

Sabrina, your name will linger in your booth for a while after you have logged off. This is different than the “Seller is Online” message you see at the top of your chat box.
If you see the seller is online message after logging out, you should contact [email protected]

Ah-ha! That’s good to know. Thank you. I’ll check the “Seller is Online” notice when I log out today. Don’t recall if that was also showing.![URL removed]

Unless, of course, you’re me and use multiple computers, including one at work. (Shh, don’t tell anyone.) Sometimes I may go on line at work to check something and forget to log off.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
