Is there any way for a Bonanza store owner to get REAL support from the IT team? I have sent in countless tickets and the “happiness producers” do not provide a response relevant to the question asked? I know this isn’t Shopify but I didn’t think it was Etsy. I lose money regularly on Bonanza yet you debit your fees automatically. Should I close my store??

Sometimes “countless tickets” only exacerbate the problem at hand. Multiple inquiries on a single ticket also might result in an issue being overlooked and you feeling under-served by the support team. I’m definitely not a spokesperson for Bonanza, but I know they will address your problem if it is within their means to do so and if it has been appropriately reported. Be patient.
