Bonanza seller used Amazon FBA, package lost. She won’t refund my money. I’ve contacted Amazon and since it was not an Amazon order, they won’t help. They write this in regards to them having an Amazon return [URL removed] “Yes, I am really not sure how they did that. But if it isn’t an order from Amazon.com and wasn’t on your Amazon account, there is no way for us to recover any funds for it.”
Seller won’t help and just states [URL removed] “Hi, Thank you for your message. We have already spoken with UPS on your behalf. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Be well, Melissa”
All I want is my $65.29 refund back. Paypal has denied my claim as seller stated that package was delivered. I’m more than frustrated as its been since 11/6/19 and seller just throws her hands up without offering my refund, I’m having to make hours upon hours of calls. Any help or advise would be appreciated.

IS IT ME or are we talking a 2 year old item here. You Stated " I’m more than frustrated as its been since 11/6/17 and seller just throws her hands up " keyword being 2017. Is that a typo as you really need your facts straight.
Not that any sellers here can help you retrieve your package but it very well could be that the item WAS delivered and you were a victim of Porch Pirates.

You should also contact Bonanza Support and let them know the situation and the name of the seller. The fact that people are using Amazon basically as a supplier for inventory is a real problem for everybody concerned.

You should be able to win your PayPal claim (file officially if you haven’t already) if the seller can’t PROVE it was delivered via some sort of tracking method. If she purchased it from Amazon and had it shipped to you as a gift item, Amazon only has your shipping details and the seller information. They would have that info based on the tracking number that they supply to the seller. At a minimum, you should demand the Amazon tracking number from the seller. Also, if the seller indicated that UPS has the package, UPS should be able to tell you if there is a delivery scheduled to your address, even if you don’t have a tracking number.

The return address label says “Amazon” with a local Amazon shipping centers address.

Sadly if you did not receive it, then it was probably a UPS delivery error and the seller is not liable for that. UPS would be the one giving your refund.
