Bonanza orders missing buyers email address..

Hello, I been receiving messages from this platform about my orders missing buyers email address which is necessary to automatically notify our customers that their transactions have been processed.

This is happening with payments received through PayPal. I had previously enabled the "Instant Payment Notification (IPN) on our PayPal account. And under the IPN settings it also asks for “notification url” which I have entered the following -https://www.bonanza.com/

Could this be the wrong info? I also previously tried adding our booth address however this didn’t seem to work neither.

Anybody familiar with these settings? I spoke with PayPal today and they suggested we verify the notification url which I have used is correct.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
