Bonanza is disabling my listings

Bonanza is consistently disabling my listings. Why?

This is the message i receive for disabled [URL removed]

The following problems are currently preventing your item from being sellable
This item requires manual approval from our support team. One of our team members will personally review your item within 48 hours.
Item status can’t be Under Review if item is to be posted for sale

I messaged Bonanza about this problem. Have yet to receive a reply.

This is an official Bonanza response.

@Stickfiguremailorder, sorry for the confusion. So that we can prevent duplicate listings, and prohibited items from being listed, we have an internal tool that helps us isolate such listings before they go live. That way we can manually review them before they are available for sale. This also helps so we can avoid infringement and copyright claims. Our team usually gets to those within 48 hours. To avoid future delays, please review our prohibited items list and refrain from listing any items that may be considered as [URL removed] https://www.bonanza.com/site_help/general_selling/prohibited_items

I am trying to sell a record and cd. One listing is for the record. One is for the cd. BOTH get marked for review within 1 hour and then DISSAPPEAR within 24 hours with NO response for Bonanza. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I’d appreciate it if you would look into this problem.

I am expanding into handling the mailorder for bands / music artists. You’ll have what appears to be great tools for selling online for great prices. HOWEVER, if we can NOT resolve this problem I am going to have to use a competitor like Shopify.

So I failed to notice that the last item on the prohibited items list is pre-orders. However, the failure to tell me that when my listings were disabled is not adequate. The least you’ll can do is inform sellers as to why their listings are disabled.

Oh and I finally received a reply to my messages almost four days after I sent the messages. Not acceptable when I was told I would receive a reply in 24 hours.

Hi [URL removed] Are you consistently posting the same types of products? Maybe that is why. Do you understand why your product(s) was first disabled? How did it finally become enabled, if any of them did?

If it has not been 48 hrs yet, hopefully you will get a response, either here or privately.

Thanks for the comment. My disabled listings disappear within 24 hours with NO explanation as to why and it has been more than 36 hours since I contacted Bonanza about this problem. UNACCEPTABLE!

Yes you can disable most of them, that will make your computer turn on faster and use less ram. Just dont turn off anything that looks important like windows, sound and video drivers, and other important stuff. you can turn off programs that you know, like itunes, limewire, skype [URL removed]

Maybe there is an issue in your listing to which you may need to make corrections. I am sure that after suitable correction, your listing will live again and will not be disabled again.
