My Booth was on hold just before two days i paid fees and what i see now is bonanza charge my card again $25 for turbo traffic pack.
I didn’t subscribe for turbo traffic pack for this month then why it’s charge me, how it automatically subscribed, i got message that my charged for bonanza, $25 charged from my card, this is not right thing.
how can i bonanza charge me for turbo traffic pack without my subscription and i didn’t subscribe for turbo traffic pack although it’s show me that turbo traffic pack is activate.
What’s Wrong??

Welcome to the Bonanza Community!
New sellers who have 3 or less months of successful payments made toward their final value fees will have their final value fees automatically charged to the card on file each time their final value fees reach $ 25.00. Here is additional information from our Help pages “How Do I Pay My Bonanza Fees?” https://support.bonanza.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000606612-How-Do-I-Pay-My-Bonanza-Fees-
So that you can view your fees, hover over “Selling” in the top left corner then click on “Billing Statement” then click the blue link under “The last payment received”. This will let you know why these fees were collected.
To view your “Turbo Traffic Views”, hover over “Selling” then click on “Booth Stats” then scroll down to the third screenshot to see your “Turbo Traffic Views” in yellow. There you will see the number of views you have had by using Turbo Traffic in the last 30 days.
