Bonanza number

Hello. I need to contact Bonanzo by phone ASAP. About a month ago, I had ordered some Galaxy Roshes for around $125. They were to ship today. I had recieved an email about it a week after purchasing, confirming the order and telling me it’d be here by Fab. 22. It didn’t arrive, and I checked my emails. The email was gone (I didn’t delete it.), and when I went to check back on the site for the Roshes, the page wasn’t found. Does this mean that the item will not be shipped at all, since the page was deleted as well as the email sent to me, or will it still be coming?

Contact the seller through your payment source and if you don’t hear from the seller I would fill a claim from there

Hello @HeatheristrashH,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the not-so-good experience. At this time, Bonanza is not equipped to manage telephone support. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our support department can be reached from the following [URL removed]

Bonanza is a platform connecting buyers and sellers to transact directly. If something should go wrong with your order, the first step is to contact the seller directly to attempt to resolve the issue. Log into the account you made your purchase from and point your mouse over the ""My Bonanza" link located in the upper left-hand corner of any page, then select “Recent purchases” from the drop down. Locate the order and use the “Send them a message” link under the seller’s username to contact the seller directly.

In the unlikely event that seller is unresponsive or ignores your request, please let us know by opening a claim in our Order Resolution Center. Filing a claim in our Order Resolution Center allows us to attempt to mediate with the seller on your behalf, as well as monitor this seller’s behavior so that we may take any appropriate action. You can quickly open a claim by using the “There was a problem with my order” link under the order summary. We also recommend leaving feedback about your experience so that other buyers are aware of the seller’s shortcomings.

If you prefer to receive a refund, you will want to contact PayPal directly. One of the reasons that Bonanza requires sellers to accept payment options such as PayPal is that PayPal offers a level of buyer protection for items not received. Filing a claim with PayPal will often force the seller to act in order to avoid action being taken against their account. Do not close your dispute until you have received the item to your satisfaction or a full refund. Here is some information that may [URL removed]

Good luck finding a phone number. I have only been able to send emails, and then it takes a few (or more) days to get a response. Did you pay by paypal? If so, they might be able to cover you for your not receiving item.

The number is a answering machine and they have never called back….

You can only contact Bonanza via e-mail. They are not set up for answering phones directly. Contact your seller directly as it is their responsibility to ship the item and work with you. If you get no response from them, then file a claim through both Bonanza and your payment method to get a refund on your order.
