After uploading a new banner photo the colors are changed. The colors are shifted to the green and dull. I can save the photo from my booth and compare it to the original and they are completely different.
Why are they changing the uploaded file? I’ve tried both .jpg and .png file types.
Thanks

It could be your OWN computer saving the banners in LOWER PIXEL form, instead of SAVE as BEST or HIGHEST PIXELS available Most peeps don’t realize, too, that HTML can be ‘’read wrong’’ from a site. It happens. We call those things glitches. If you have PHOTOBUCKET you can edit your photo or pics in Photobucket, or if you have a program such as GIMP you can edit your photo or pic in Gimp (inside your own computer) before UPLOADING it into Bonanza. Bonanza itself MIGHT (I’m not sure) have a DEFAULT on pixel size…I might be ABLE to help you, further, let’s chat. Consider sending me the photo you want to use as a banner…or just email me through Bonanza, we’ll chat and I can try to fix it in my own editing program. I’ll email you more info’ if you want me to try to personally help you. Dee

@divinefabricsnmore, Thank you very much for your kind offer to help! I did fix it by using Photoshop to swing the color balance toward the magenta. But it’s very frustrating to have to spend the time to do this.
The same thing happens on EBay banners too. It’s strange because my item photos don’t have the same problem, just the banner. Etsy’s banner works fine. All my banners are from the same original photo but I have to modify EBay and now Bonanza.
Sorry for the rant guys. :-)

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
