I purchased some background burn credits awhile back and hadn’t used them all. At that time, I could upload my photo and apply the burn immediately when I clicked the button. Now I have an hour wait until the photo can process? What’s happened?

Bonanza received some impressive press this morning about the Background Burner which has led to a large amount of new traffic (that actually crashed our site this morning). We apologize for the delay and are working on speeding things up.

Is background burner working yet Mark? It does the job but then freezes and I can’t go any further and have to leave the page and reenter my stuff all over again. So it’s not working on my end. Thank you. Dee
