Are items sold on eBay that were transferred to bonanza deleted from bonanza deleted automatically when they are sold on eBay and vice versa? I am new and can’t find an answer.

Hello @dds405,
Thanks for reaching out and welcome to Bonanza! Apologies for the confusion. Sellers have the option to customize their sync settings. If you keep the automatic sync feature on, make sure to have the options to remove listings from your eBay store (“Decrease quantity of items on eBay when they sell on Bonanza”) option checked so that items which sell on Bonanza are removed from eBay during the next sync. By default, the importer will automatically remove “Buy it Now” items which sell on eBay from your Bonanza booth. You may also wish to review the advanced sync settings to ensure that the importer functions appropriately for your business needs. You can review the advanced options by canceling your current automatic sync and then clicking the link to “Show advanced options.”
Hope that helps. If you have additional questions, please let us know at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
Kind regards,
The Bonanza Team

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
