I can not find anything close to them.
Would they be considered Old World Santa Figures or Father Christmas?
They are 9 1/2" tall and have no markings and one santa is holding a pipe and the other holding a candle.
Look like made out of ceramic so maybe home made?
They are definetly old with lots of crazing to the finish and possibly made out of the US.

What you have are two Raku-fired Santas. Possibly made by an artist. They do look like they are free-form and not made with a mold. They do have an “old” look to them, but they were probably made fairly recently.
