Anyone else not able to add a new variation for size or color??
The past couple of days when I have attempted to edit one of my listings to add a new color option I get an error when I click on the tab to do so and it throws me back to the top of the page…AND DOESN’T ADD MY VARIATION!!! This is incredibly frustrating as I’m trying to show that I have a certain size back in stock in a different color, but I get an error every time. This has happened on 2 different computers so I know it’s not an issue there, and has happened on several listings and even when I tried to create a whole new listing, so I know it’s a wide problem. Was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and is Etsy trying to address this??

I found that if you save and then go back into edit listing, it seems to help. At least on some of my listings

Cannot change variables on an item listing once it is saved- use batch editor to add/remove changes. Don’t know how Etsy would apply to this question. Good luck, once you get used to batch editor it is really helpful. Happy selling!
