I haven’t had any sales since July – could this be the reason why? Message from potential [URL removed]
Barb,
Unfortunately, every time I check out it is giving me an error that my zip code for my shipping does not match my zip code for my billing. According to what is entered it does match, so, I’m not sure what the issue is. Frustration is getting the best of me and I’m giving up.
Thank you for your time,
Rani

Looks like this is a system wide Paypal issue with US customers trying to check out. Here is a recent blog discussion.

We were getting couple of sales a week, it seemed like, so we went into Google advertising for several weeks with no sales at all. Left Google advertising and sales are back to 2-3 per week. Takes a wheelbarrow to haul the money to the bank. <[;)~

I haven’t heard anything from individual buyers having problems like your describe, but I do know my sales are 1 or 2 every week, down from 5-6 a week. I hope you’ve forwarded that message to support. Someone there needs to know about this problem.

Just this week I had a customer plea for help because Paypal would not process her Visa card. She deparately needed some vintage hardware to finish a kitchen remodel and wanted to make sure I didn’t sell them to someone else. She finally used her husbands Paypal account with no problem. You probably don’t hear from customers who can’t make a Paypal payment, they just go away.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
