This is an official Bonanza response.

Thanks for reaching out @The_Lingerie_Lounge and sorry for the trouble. It sounds like your browser is storing your password for one account, and when you attempt to toggle to another linked account the password is not being updated. You must be fully logged into the account you wish to edit your listings on. We recommend clearing your browser’s cache, history and stored passwords. Log out completely and then log into the account you wish to edit items for. Be sure that you do not have any auto-fill or stored password settings enabled on your browser if you toggle between more than one Bonanza account.

Hope that helps. Let us know at our support department if you continue to experience issues.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
