Hi all,
I just had a nice purchase but somehow the order was split into two purchases with one item being purchased twice.
I have taken care of this and refunded the buyer for the double charge and shipping as they qualified for free shipping with this order.
I tried using the contact us but it just dumped my email as there is no selection for “other” in the drop down menu when contacting Bonz.

“… it just dumped my email as there is no selection for “other” in the drop down menu when contacting Bonz.”
To contact B. after my first sale, since there was no “other” category to suit my query, I’ve used a “General question” category and then I’ve written them in [URL removed]
“I couldn’t use “A sale I made” or “Selling on Bonanza” category, because then there was no proper for this case sub category and it couldn’t allow me to submit this form, so I’m sending it as a “General question”.
I’ve received B. support answer.

I was charged twice for the same sale. I already called my bank and submitted a claim. What is Bonanze trying to do? Is Bonanza a scam? I have a snapshot of the charges and wish we could upload files.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
