We opened a booth a month ago. We have 114 items in our booth that are successful on our website, Amazon and eBay. When we selected advertising, we selected Superior to get our products out there. We look at Bonanza as an advertising channel as well as a sales channel.
The first month was great (although no sales), our products were the 1st 6 pages on Google Shopping and we were popping up all over the web in Google ads. Every time I checked feed diagnostics, 114 items were submitted out of 114. Last Friday I noticed only 1 out of 114 is being submitted (and none rejected) and now only 1 product is showing on Google Shopping or anywhere on the web.
Please keep in mind, we are the manufacturer and the advertising whether we have sales or not, is Bonanza’s value. We want our name out there. I spent allot of time listing trying to meet or exceed all of the listing guidelines. Everything is nice and professional.
Anyone know a schedule or how feed diagnostics work. Do I have to make daily changes to every product to get it submitted?
Any insight from you veteran’s would be greatly appreciated.
Help this old man understand this and we will happily reciprocate by sending you some free products!

I see several items on GPS…
Have you initiated a Initiate a feed status review
Scroll down on the diagnostics page and see click on the link, to see if there is a problem with your feed. (If you have already done this, then don’t do it too often, like every day…google tends to block too many requests from the same source..I usually do it about once a month)
As to the schedule…The feed is usually submitted once every 2 weeks unless there is an update, changes, or new listings added.
You do not have to make changes every day, but every few days clicking on Update Booth button on the edit page will send a feed.

I found the problem! Headspace(mine) and timing!
On Thursday I was going to add Amazon Pay and decided to wait…..I just closed before I completed setup and didn’t cancel and consequently I shut my booth down! Stupid mistake (and costly)! We had our best ebay sales ever and probably missed allot of exposure.

hi I have just joined bonanza and have imported my items and discounted 10% if I went with superior advertising does some of the discounted 10% go off the advertising and 3.5 % final selling fee or is 16% all I pay in which case 10% has already gone so 6% left – help me understand please

- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
