Any way to void postage printed from bonanza?

I need to find a way to void/cancel postage that was printed from Bonanza. It has an error. It was international postage and cost $44 so it is a very costly mistake.

Anyone had any experience with this?

Kind Regards,

Also if you have the link on My Bonanza Page that says Booth Payment Account click on that and see if there any option to request a refund

However, since I have not had any experience with this here, it is mere speculation..and I could not find any information on what is to be done if the shipping label is unused.
