TammiesTreasures definitely got the title right. Ruffled could be in place of the word crimped easily.

Does it measure 8 inches in height? I’m not sure about logos for Fenton (you’ll want to read up on that and you said it does not have one), but the way the book makes it sound it is like this piece would not have been marked with a logo (maybe you could talk to Jack on that. I do not know Jack but MomsPennies does from the sounds of it). The nice thing is that you know this came out of your grandmother’s attic.

It’s not certain if this particular piece was being produced still in the 1960s, but the coin dot pattern was definitely being produced into the 1960s. Just thought I would share that.
